Luggage storage at Al Maria Building, Dubai

The Dubai side of the Dubai to Sharjah border strip, a dense run of hotel apartments and serviced apartments along Al Ittihad Road. Al Mulla Plaza, one of the oldest malls in the city, is a little over six hundred metres away, and Rashid Stadium about the same. Dubai International Airport is under four kilometres. The practical case here is the cross-border stay, where checkout is at noon, the day is spent on either side of the border, and the flight is in the evening. There is no metro station within walking distance, so plan on a bus or a car.

No metro within walking distance. Stadium station on the Green Line is a short drive. Buses F21, 22 and F23 serve the area, and Al Ittihad Road runs alongside.
