On Marasi Drive in Business Bay, with the Dubai Canal promenade at the door and the Business Bay Canal Lawn about three hundred metres away. Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are all a little over two kilometres, which is a drive rather than a walk in the heat. Business Bay metro on the Red Line is about 1.8 km. The wall serves canal-side offices, short-let apartments in the towers around it, and anyone spending a day Downtown who would rather not carry a bag round it.
